Missed the Boat Theatre’s second Acting Fundamentals course is designed to help participants develop their communal and personal craft by telling a story within scene assignments both scripted and unscripted (devised). The acting skills honed by this course include listening, responding fully and freely, having the correct placement of concentration, truthfully doing, and creating a world within the scene. We will not only learn these, but develop a sense of community with fellow actors, and perform a cozy, hilarious Christmas/Advent showcase of the scenes we’ve crafted for the view of friends and family.
